Ana Santiago has a PhD in of Mathematics from the University of Salamanca, Spain, and a graduation in Mathematics from the University of Coimbra. She has been teaching subjects in Mathematics and Mathematics Education in Higher Education since 2005 and has been Researcher at UIED in New University of Lisbon between 2012 and 2016. Currently teaches in Escola Superior de Educação de Coimbra. She develops his research in History of Mathematics Education, Financial Education and Mathematics Teaching in the first years.


Research Interests:

History of mathematics education. Financial education. Teacher training. Mathematic in early years.
