Elisabete Sá has been an Assistant Professor in the Management Department of the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho since 2002. She holds a degree in Sociology, a Masters in Management and a PhD in Marketing and Strategy. Her main research interests are focused on Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainability, having published several scientific articles in the subjects. She is the supervisor of several Master and PhD thesis, mainly focusing on innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainable business models and consumer behaviour. Elisabete Sá also participates in several research projects involving collaboration between academia and industry. She is also involved in executive training and participates in and organises events for the promotion of entrepreneurial skills.

  • 2018-2021: Project Leader do ER.C2W.P28 – Ecosystems for Connected 2-Wheelers do ‘Projeto Easy Ride – Experience is Everything’. Entidade Financiadora: Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional (FEDER), através do Portugal 2020 – Programa Operacional Competitividade e Internacionalização (COMPETE 2020). Outras instituições participantes: Bosch Car Multimédia, S.A. Orçamento total do projeto: 29 457 747.77 €.
  • 2017-2020: Investigador Participante ‘CTB – Cluster Transfronterizo de Biotecnología. Consolidación, crecimiento y competitividad del sector biotecnológico transfronterizo’. CLUSTERBIOTRANSFRONT. Entidade Financiadora: Fundo Europeu de Desenvolvimento Regional (FEDER), através do Programa Interreg V-A Espanha-Portugal (POCTEP) 2014-2020.
