Gina Gaio Santos is currently an Assistant Professor at the School of Economics and Management, Management Department, University of Minho, Braga, Portugal, where she teaches in the fields of Organisational Behaviour and Research Methodology. The researcher completed her PhD in 2008 in the area of Business Sciences, in the branch of Organization and Business Policies, with a thesis on "Individual Career Management and the Relationship between Work and Private Life". Her current research interests include the areas of Career Management, Work-life Balance, Employability and Employment Relations and Diversity Management issues.
