Iris Barbosa is an Assistant Professor at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho. She has lectured mainly in the areas of Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Diversity Management. In this institution, since 2011, she assumes the role of academic coordinator of mobility. The researcher holds a PhD in Business Sciences, specialisation in Organisation and Business Policies, from the University of Minho (2010), with a qualitative study on the adoption of diversity management discourses and practices by organisations in Portugal and their adjustment to the local context.
