Emília Fernandes is an Assistant Professor at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Minho and a member of the Business Organisation and Policies group of the Management Department. Her research has been published in national and international journals and books. The researcher is also a reviewer of several journals in the areas of management and social sciences.

Research Interests:

Gender and Feminist Theory. Diversity Management. Social and Organisational Identities. Entrepreneurship and Practices/Discourses of Resistance. Organisational Violence.
