Applicant Entity:

LIPKA - School Facility for Environmental Education (República Checa / Czech Republic)

Funding Entity:

Keywords: Roma and/or other minorities; Disabilities / Special needs; Integration of refugees.
Goals:

Project objective is networking of organizations dealing with using nature (and gardens) as a communication tool when working with target groups:

  • People with social and health disadvantages (e.g. seniors, disabled, unemployed, inmates, war veterans, victims of violence, and people with burnout syndrome);
  • Minorities (e.g. Roma people, ethnic minorities);
  • Migrants.

We expect that multinational cooperation will lead to understanding and convergence between people from different cultures. This educational system could help better understanding and cooperation even in the current unstable situation in Europe.
